Who we are and how to reach us

Cloudjet Solutions Pte. Ltd. operates LinePaycheck. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to lineman-privacy@runlumi.app. Do not email unredacted paystubs, employee IDs, bank details, or complete work histories.

The iPhone app

LinePaycheck does not collect personal data. There is no LinePaycheck account or sign-in, and no LinePaycheck server stores your pay information. The app includes no analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

The information you enter, such as your pay profile, pay rules, work entries, notes, paystub images or PDFs, confirmed paystub figures, and comparison history, is stored only in the app's storage on your device. Calculations run on your iPhone.

Camera, photos, and documents

The app uses the camera only when you choose to scan a paystub. Text in a scanned or imported paystub is recognized on-device using Apple's Vision framework, so images are not uploaded to LinePaycheck or a third-party OCR service. You confirm extracted figures before they are used. You can delete a retained paystub original in the app.

Backups, exports, and sharing

You can create a manual backup file and save it to a location you choose with Apple's Files app, such as iCloud Drive. The backup file contains your saved records and paystub originals. LinePaycheck does not password-encrypt it, so keep it somewhere private. Its storage and encryption depend on the provider and settings you choose.

Reports you export or share, and emails you send us, go to the destinations you choose and are handled under those services' policies. Your iPhone's own iCloud or computer backups may also include app data, according to your Apple settings.

Subscriptions and purchases

LinePaycheck Pro is purchased through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment. LinePaycheck does not receive your name, email, or payment details. The app only checks the subscription status Apple provides on your device. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you delete it. Use Settings > Delete all local data in the app, or delete the app, to remove it from the device. Backup files and exports you saved elsewhere must be deleted from where you saved them. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up, and you can ask us to delete them.

Android: Paycheck Audit: LinePay

This section applies to Android version 1.0, including testing builds. The Android app stores the pay profile, confirmed rules, work entries, paycheck figures and saved comparisons in app-private local files. Calculations run on your device. There is no account, employer login, pay-data server, network permission, or advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK. This version does not request camera or microphone access and does not scan paystubs.

Android automatic app backup is disabled. You can explicitly create a password-protected backup and save it with Android's file picker. The app does not save your backup password. A backup can be reviewed before you choose to replace local records. Your selected file provider may store or sync an exported file under its own policy and settings; LinePaycheck does not control those copies.

An optional device-local activity ledger contains coarse event counts, separately from pay records. It records no wage amounts, employer details, pay dates, notes or documents. You can disable recording, clear these counts, or export diagnostic counts yourself. The ledger is excluded from pay-data backups and is not transmitted to LinePaycheck.

Uninstalling the Android app removes its app-private records. Backups and exports saved elsewhere remain until you delete them from those destinations. If you contact support, the information you choose to send leaves your device. Do not send unredacted paystubs, identifiers, passwords or complete work histories. Android version 1.0 has no subscriptions or in-app billing; the Apple purchase information above applies only to the iPhone app.

This website

This static site does not ask for an account, accept paystub uploads, save the demo's selections, or set an application cookie. The paycheck examples are fictional. No advertising SDK, analytics tag, tracking pixel, third-party font request, or session replay is included in the site's source.

As with any website, our hosting provider Cloudflare receives the technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, timestamp, and network or security signals. It is used for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security. We do not sell it, use it for targeted advertising, or combine it with pay records.

Tracking choices

LinePaycheck does not track visitors or app users across unrelated websites or apps, and does not sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Neither the app nor the site changes its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, because that tracking and sale never happen in either case.

Children and changes

LinePaycheck is intended for working adults and is not directed to children under 13. If our practices change, for example by adding a feature that sends data off the device, we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.
